1980 Mooney 231 hangared at APA. Well maintained aircraft owned and flown exclusively for the past 7 years by an ATP rated pilot who is also an A&P mechanic. Hangared in Denver since 2019. Previously hangared in Nevada. Many upgrades since 2019 including new interior plastic, carpet, and leather seats and trim. Complete panel and avionics upgrade in 2020. Replaced all panel wiring harnesses and connectors. Overhauled Airspeed, Attitude Indicator/Flight Director, and JPI Fuel Scan 450. Altimeter and mag compass replaced new. Autopilot roll and pitch servos overhauled. Fuel tanks stripped and resealed by Weep-no-More. Complete logs since new.
